Contex Natural Light

The light source is custom fluorescent with a high Color Rendering Index (CRI > 95) to produce the most accurate colors possible. The CCD itself is high resolution and capable of capturing 48-bit color, but Contex has the unique ability to process the entire 48-bit color data – resulting in the most accurate color images you can get from a scanner today.

Contex Live AlignmentがIQ Quattro Xの品質を更に高めます。薄い用紙や、逆に硬めの原稿などで起こりうるスティッチ（CIS間のズレ）を軽減します。

Adobe RGB、Device RGB、sRGB

コンテックススキャナの色空間には、いくつかの異なるオプションがあります。一般的な sRGB に加えて、色に関わる業界ではスタンダードな Adobe RGB、キャプチャーしたデータから特に色域を指定しない Device RGB を用意し、お客様に最適な広い色域を持つ色空間を提供しています。また、ICCプロファイルによるカラーマネジメントも可能です。
Adobe RGB および Device RGB は、sRGB よりも広い色域を持ち、非常に明るく、飽和した色もデータとして保持されます。

Multiple exposures per scan line

Contex scanners have the option to digitize each scan line multiple times which will reduce image noise even further. Scanning with minimum 4 exposures per scan line ensures FADGI compliance.

自動原稿厚調整機構、ペーパープレッシャーアジャストメント機構、多点ドライブ機構のコンビネーションにより原稿の搬送精度を向上しました。巻きの強い用紙や、折れ目やしわのある原稿、腰の弱い原稿、ポスターや厚紙などの原稿もより失敗のない速やかな用紙の挿入、および安定した搬送を実現しています。
