When using spare parts covered by factory or extended warranties RMA must be filled out in order to obtain credit. Parts may be ordered from the factory or taken from your local parts inventory.
NOTE: The RMA is only confirmation that you can return the defective part for credit. No parts will be shipped based on this RMA. For replacement part please submit order to order@contex.com.
