The Contex Spare Parts Extended Warranty Program is a service and support program designed to give distributors and servicing dealers an easy way to control costs, minimize risk and generate new revenue and profits from services.
For a one-time fixed price paid in advance, Contex will replace any spare part that might fail in a specific scanner for a predefined time period. Now you know the cost of spare parts replacement upfront. This makes it easier for you to add the labor cost and package your service offering at a very competitive price.

By offering extended warranty services to customers you can:

Order extended warranty

Extended Spare Parts Warranties can be purchased within the first 3 months of shipment of the scanner from Contex. Ordering later for a premium may occur as long as the scanner is still under warranty. Be sure to select the right option for your scanner.

  1. Review the program material and information.
  2. Analyze your current services business profit and revenue stream.
  3. Calculate and assess the growth potential for your services business using the new 1-year and 3-year spare parts extended warranty options from Contex.
  4. Invite your service team to participate in technical training sessions.
  5. Develop your service plan and present it to customers in a flyer.
