How do i contact support?

Support for Contex and Vidar
Send your support questions via e-mail to our support email address. Once we receive the email we will respond with a case number for tracking purpose. Please always reference this number when contacting support.

Email: support@contex.com (to create a Help Desk ticket for support issues).

Be sure to include in your email:

  • Your company’s name.
  • Your own contact information so we can get back to you.
  • A detailed description of the problem.

 

For technical issues regarding a specific scanner, please furthermore include the following information:

  • The scanner serial number (Required).
  • The firmware version installed.
  • The WIDEsystem version installed.
  • The operating system.
  • Description of actions that led to the problem.
  • Description of error messages and error codes.
